Hand-harvested from select Moscato Bianco vineyards in the Piedmont DOCG, typically with white, sandy soils of maritime origin. The grapes are pressed long and slow, with the juice fermented at low temperatures to capture the variety’s typical musky perfume, with fermentation stopped at 5% abv. The carbon dioxide produced during fermentation is retained to give this wine its typical frizzante style.

Beautifully aromatic, with floral notes of roses, ripe peach, apricot and mango. Fresh and lively on the palate, with well-balanced summer fruit flavours, zingy acidity, refreshing bubbles and luscious sweetness. So perfumed and extremely drinkable.
